Entire world is suffering from COVID-19 pandemic. So many people are trying to help others. In the course of helping others, people are following others and help same person with same sewa. Dhadrianwale, in this video message, is explaining what actually is needed in the critical situation. He encourages people to help the doctors with PPE kits that includes mask, foot covers, protective suites etc. He says this is much required. Bhai Ranjit Singh says that one must learn the arrange whatever is truely needed. Everyone from a common person to USA presidedn Trump is in need. So continue doing sewa but prioritize with most needed things. Medical and scientist should be helped as they are already working hard to treat people and search for a solution for Corona Virus.

Bhai Sahib I am highly pleased by listening to your diwans. I went to Patna Sahib in March. They did Aarti with thaal and deewa in the evening which is opposite to gurmat. But I kept quite because they wont listen to anyone about their karmkands.
